The Young Loop Forming Plier offers a wide array of advantages during the placement of orthodontic archwires. Its principal use is to create loops in the archwire to maintain the position of teeth or correct position defects.
For this purpose, the instrument features a unique beak supplied with dissimilar tips. As a result, one tip has a standard design equipped with inner grooves to increase the gripping force. The opposite tip features a conical design divided into three scales to create 1.3, 3.0, and 4.2mm diameter loops.
Moreover, the Young Loop Forming Plier has a plier grip style handle with strong curvatures. In addition, the handle attaches through a boxlock type joint that ensures smooth movements.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality and product performance during surgical procedures.
