The Wieder Tongue Depressor offers a wide range of surgical benefits for oral surgeons and dentists. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to keep the tongue away from the surgical field.

For this purpose, the instrument features an L-shaped curved blade that accommodates to the jawbone’s contour with ease. In addition, the blade has serrations tan not only prevent trauma but also promote exceptional tissue fixation.

Moreover, the Wieder Tongue Depressor’s blade has three fenestrations that allow surgeons to pass suction tubes. As a result, they can absorb fluids that may block the view of the surgical field. Furthermore, the ergonomically designed has a bottom curve for resting the hand, which avoids slippage.

Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality and product performance during surgical procedures.
