Uckermann Tracheotomy Trocars help surgeons to place tubes in the trachea. Doctors make an opening in the trachea to pass beyond a block in the upper throat. In addition, patients can use this opening to breath instead of using tubes inside the mouth.

Surgeons use the trocar to pass the tube in the right direction down the trachea. This prevents damaging the back of the airways. Therefore, we designed its solid handle with a bulky profile to increase your control and force. Moreover, its angled design prevents accidental slips and mistakes.

The terminal tip has a downward curve to guide the insertion down and avoid tracheal injury. You can use the blunt square frame to guard the tissues from deep insertions. In addition, the cutting tip has a narrow neck so you can view the working tip clearly.

Furthermore, we made two figures of the Uckermann Tracheotomy Trocar to meet your requirements. Both devices are 11.5 cm long for secure tube insertion. In addition, they are available with diameters of 7.5 mm and 9 mm to suit standard tracheotomy openings.

Instruments manufacture surgical devices from premium grade stainless steel that you can depend on for years of efficient service.
