The Tieck-Halle Nasal Speculum enable surgeons to examine and treat diseases in the nose, like nasal bleeding. The instrument helps remove foreign bodies in the nose cavity or place packs to stop the blood. During the exam, you can also take a biopsy to detect tumors or infections.

Surgeons use the speculum to widen the nares in order to view the nasal cavity. Therefore, we designed its grip handles with a long profile to give dexterity and control. Moreover, the handles have outer serrations to enhance your hold.

Start by placing the closed cone blades in the nares. Then, use the handles to open them slowly. We made the retracting edges of the blades with a blunt outline to prevent tissue injury. In addition, the two blades have a wide cone so you can view the nasal cavity clearly.

For your convenience, we designed this figure of the Tieck-Halle Nasal Speculum to suit your surgical approaches. It is 13 cm long and has a blade that is 16 mm in size to facilitate easy examinations. Furthermore, the shafts are slender so you can see the blades directly.

Instruments manufacture surgical devices from premium grade stainless steel that you can depend on for years of fine service.
