The Terrier Haemostatic Forcep features a wide array of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to provide a secure way to block the blood flow in arteries or veins to control haemostasis.

For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of straight jaws with inner serrations that prevent endothelial trauma. In addition, the tips of the jaws have 1 x 2 interlocking teeth for grasping foreign bodies.

Moreover, the Terrier Haemostatic Forcep features a ratchet system between the shafts. It allows for self-retaining clamping and permits surgeons to carry other instruments during the procedure.

Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
