The Schumacher Bone Lever (Retractor) offers a wide array of surgical benefits for orthopedic surgeons. These benefits come in handy to perform knee and hip surgeries.

For this purpose, the instrument comes with a wide blade that arches backward. Moreover, the blade ends in a pointed, V-shaped tip with a textured surface. As a result, surgeons can use this retractor in deep wounds where multiple layers of tissue have to be pushed.

In addition, the device features a solid, flat handle with a bottom ring. Surgeons can insert fingers or cylindrical weights into the ring for performing static retractions.
