The Schroeder Uterine Tenaculum Forcep offers multiple advantages for OB/GYN surgeons. Its principal use is to retract tissues for performing tubal ligation, hysterectomies and other procedures.

For this purpose, the instrument features sharp-toothed jaws that ensure a firm grip. Moreover, the jaws are available in 1 x 1, 2 x 2 and 3 x 3 teeth profiles for grasping delicate and heavy tissues. As a result, surgeons can grasp blood vessels as well as the uterus.

In addition, the long-reaching, straight shafts ensure deep surgical access. Also, the ratchet system allows for self-retaining clamping, which permits surgeons to manipulate other instruments.

Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality instruments at your disposal.
