Operating Scissor is a surgical instrument for blunt as well as sharp dissection. It is also for cutting various structures and sutures. The basic structure consists of a ring handle, shank, box-lock, and blade.

This operating scissor is either straight or curved, with different configurations in the blade: blunt/blunt, blunt/sharp and sharp/ sharp.

The operating scissors with sharp blades is ideal for cutting tough tissues and dissection. Whereas the blunt blades are suitable cutting materials such as sutures, tubing, or gauze.

We manufacture our operating scissors in stainless steel with an optional tungsten carbide (TC) tip. The TC tips are identifiable with gold ring handles.

All our surgical scissors feature a smooth satin finish and rivet screw joint type.
