The Krause Polypus Snare offers a wide array of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to provide an efficient technique for removing nasal polyps and other tissues.

For this purpose, the instrument features a long, slender cannula that ensures excellent access into the nostrils. In addition, the end of the cannula has a wire loop, which allows surgeons to encircle the polyp.

Moreover, the Krause Polypus Snare features three finger rings, ensuring an exceptional gripping. Furthermore, surgeons can insert their thumb on the bottom ring and rotate it for changing the loop axis. The side rings slide up and down for tightening the wire after encircling the polyp.
