The Coakley Antrum Trocar offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to withdraw fluids and irrigate the paranasal sinuses and the maxillary antrum.

For this purpose, the instrument features a sharp-pointed tip with a three-cornered design for atraumatic puncture. In addition, the tip of the device is available in a 3.0mm diameter to access narrow spaces. Also, the slightly curved profile of the cannula is ideal to surgically approach the maxillary antrum.
