Bruenings Tonsil Snare

Bruenings Tonsil Snare helps ENT doctors to separate the pedicle after tonsillar dissection. Firstly, the otolaryngologist passes the tonsil’s tissue through the snare’s open wire loop. Then, they advance the thumb ring to close the wire loop over the pedicle. Crushing the pedicle releases the vasoconstrictor thromboplastin to minimize bleeding.

  • Ergonomic 3 Ring Handle For Dexterity & Balance.
  • Long Neck For Deep Surgical Access.
  • Double Ratchet Assembly For Convenient Clamping Function.

Bruenings Tonsil Snares permit doctors to remove tonsils with minimal bleeding. Surgeons use the device to clamp the neck of the tonsil in order to separate it from its bed easily.

For an ideal assistance, we made the handles with a double ratchet frame so you can have different degrees of clamp. Moreover, the three wide finger rings ensures your balance and control.

The Bruenings Tonsil Snare is 29 cm long to reach deep parts of the neck. It also has a slender shaft so you can pass into the back of the throat with ease.

Furthermore, we designed the tip with a wide profile to produce a large loop. Hence, you can hold the tissues of the tonsil effectively. In addition, the straight neck allows you to view the tip directly in order to make confident and safe grasps.

Instruments manufacture surgical devices from premium grade stainless steel that you can depend on for years of fine service.
