Ballanger-Hajek Septum Elevators assist doctors to treat nasal diseases. For instance, the device removes parts of the nose tissues in plastic surgery. This helps repair nose fractures and deviations that result from trauma or disease. In addition, it can treat pain and prevent the spread of infections.

Therefore, we designed the central handles with a long and light frame to increase your dexterity and control. Moreover, the flat design of the handle increases your comfort and prevents hand slips in fine procedures.

We made the device with two 6 mm blades to suit different approaches. Both have round ends in order to separate soft nasal tissues without direct cuts. In addition, the outer edges of the blades are blunt to prevent damage to surrounding structures. You can also use the blade’s curve to lift tissues smoothly.

The Ballanger-Hajek Septum Elevator is 19 cm long and has a slender design to reach deep parts of the nose with ease. Furthermore, we make other elevators for your convenience. They have different sizes and styles to suit your approach for every patient.

Instruments manufacture these devices from premium grade stainless steel that you can depend on for years of fine service.
