The Attwood Retractor is a multipurpose device that offers several advantages. Its principal use is to retract soft tissues to expose the oral cavity and its contents during oral surgery.

For this purpose, the instrument features a wide, curved blade that arches forward and provides exceptional oral exposure. Also, the blade is available in multiple sizes that range from 110 x 25mm to 190 x 50mm. As a result, the retractor accommodates to pediatric and adult patients.

Moreover, the Attwood Retractor features two tubes fixed to the dorsum of the blade. One tube carries and optic fibre light for illuminating soft tissues and exposed bone surfaces. The second one, otherwise, is a smoke suction tube for capturing surgical smoke and particles.

Also, this instrument includes an ergonomically designed hollow handle. Its particular outline permits an enhanced gripping and reduces the risk of slippage during the procedure.

Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality instruments in your operating rooms.
