Halle Septum Elevators assist doctors to treat nasal diseases. For instance, the device removes parts of the nose tissues in plastic surgery. This helps repair nose fractures and deviations that result from trauma or disease. In addition, it can treat pain and prevent the spread of infections.

Therefore, we designed the flat handles with a long frame to increase your control and efficiency. Moreover, the flat profile increases your comfort and prevents hand slips in fine procedures.

We made the long blade with a 3.5 mm width and a round end in order to separate soft nasal tissues without direct cuts. In addition, its outer edges are blunt to prevent damage to surrounding structures. You can use the blade’s curve to lift tissues smoothly. In addition, its straight profile allows you to see the working tip in small spaces.

The Halle Septum Elevator is 16 cm long and has a slender design to reach deep parts of the nose. Furthermore, we offer two figures of the McKenty Septum elevator for your convenience. They have 4 mm and 5 mm blades to customize your approach for every patient.

Instruments manufacture these elevators from premium grade stainless steel that you can depend on for years of fine service.
