The Zielke Bone Gouge offers a wide variety of surgical benefits for orthopedic surgeons. These benefits are quite useful while removing diseased bone or during the harvest of healthy bone tissue.

For this purpose, the instrument has an atraumatic concave blade supplied with a sharp cutting edge. Moreover, surgeons can press the cutting edge against the soft structure of the bone. After that, they proceed to mallet the handle’s impacting surface for scooping the cancellous bone tissue.

Besides, the device is available in 5.5 and 9.0mm working end sizes. As a result, surgeons can use this gouge to carve the most delicate and small bones in the human body.

All our Zielke Bone Gouges are available in premium grade stainless steel with a dual satin and mirror finish.
