The Wilder Lacrimal Dilator offers a wide range of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to treat the occlusion of the lachrymal and nasolachrymal ducts to ameliorate the symptoms of epiphora.

For this purpose, the instrument features a cone-shaped tip with a blunt pointed end that permits punctum probing. Also, the working end is available in fine, medium and heavy taper patterns to suit all anatomical variations.

Moreover, the Wilder Lacrimal Dilator features a solid, round handle that enhances gripping. In addition, the handle has a knurled style pattern that increases surgical comfort and prevents accidental slippage.
