The Vein Cannula offers a wide array of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to access the intravenous system, with the purpose of injecting and withdrawing fluids.

To this end, the instrument features a slender, straight tube with a button tip to prevent endothelial damage. In addition, the tube is available in 1.2 and 1.5mm diameters to fit veins of different gauges.

Moreover, the Vein Cannula features a bottom tube connector that provides an enhanced gripping. Also, it works as a connection site between the cannula and the plunger or syringe.
