The Veidenheimer Atrauma Sigmoid Anastomosis Clamp is used to clamp bleeders and grasp delicate tissue during abdominal surgeries. The instrument has angled jaws precisely shaped to reach deep anatomical locations with longitudinal serrations.
The atraumatic instrument jaws ensure a firm but gentle grip.
The surgeon applies the forceps with the dominant hand to clamp the delicate tissue and achieve hemostasis.
All of our Veidenheimer Atrauma Sigmoid Anastomosis clamps are manufactured with stainless steel.
The clamps can be sterilized and reused.
This instrument is also used in end to end colorectal anastomosis, sigmoidectomy, colostomy, gastrectomy and pyloroplasty procedures.
