The Thudichum Nasal Speculum assists surgeons to examine and treat diseases in the nose, like bleeding or discharge. Therefore, the instrument helps remove foreign bodies in the nose cavity or place packs to stop bleeding. In addition, you can take a biopsy to detect tumors or infections.

Surgeons use the Thudichum Nasal Speculum to grasp and cut masses in the nose that interfere with breathing. Therefore, we designed its central handle with a light frame to increase your grip and control. Moreover, its bent design reduces finger strains and slips.

You can place the central bend on your non-dominant index finger. This allows you to close the blades before you enter the nose by pressing the middle and ring fingers. We made the retracting edges of the blades with a blunt outline to prevent tissue injury. In addition, the two blades have narrow necks so you can view the tips clearly.

For your convenience, we optimized a wide range of the Thudichum Nasal Speculum to suit your surgical approaches. The devices range in blade size from 12 to 23 mm to fit the needs of every patient. Furthermore, the slender shafts allow you to view the blades easily as you pass them into the nose.

Instruments manufacture surgical devices from premium grade stainless steel that you can depend on for years of fine service.
