The Tessier Mobilizing Retractor offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to assists surgeons in reconstructive procedures involving maxillary bone fractures.

For this purpose, the instrument features a serrated, rectangular tip that fits the palate and helps to mobilize the maxilla. In addition, the shaft has two deep curved for accommodating the palate and is available in left and right patterns. As a result, surgeons can use the devices in pairs to fully project the maxilla forward.

Moreover, the Tessier Mobilizing Retractor features an ergonomic hollow handle with a bottom hook. This design not only provides comfort but also ensures exceptional retraction by exerting less pressure.
