The Tendon Holding Forcep offers a wide array of surgical benefits. These benefits are especially important to perform orthopedic procedures involving tendons, such as tendon transfer and repairing.

For this purpose, the instrument comes with a pair of small jaws with spikes on their inner surfaces. Moreover, the spikes secure optimal fixation onto the desired tissue. Afterward, surgeons can mobilize the tendon or graft into an adequate surgical spot.

In addition, the forcep features short shanks that connect the boxlock to a long ratchet. Surgeons can lock the instrument in the desired ratchet indentation. Also, the device has finger rings that provide a comfortable gripping.
