Sistrunk Dissecting Scissors is a versatile surgical instrument but is primarily for the Sistrunk procedure. The procedure involves a neck incision with dissection up to a small bone in the upper neck called the hyoid bone to remove thyroglossal duct cyst or sinus tract. The Sistrunk Scissor is also be used for treatment of ingrown nails.
It has a ring handle for a comfortable grip and easy maneuverability.
Available both in straight and curved.
