The Stevenson Lacrimal Sac Retractor offers a wide array of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to provide maximum exposure of the lacrimal sac without injuring nearby tissues.

For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of curved arms with different working end patterns. One pattern includes solid blades with serrated edges that ensure optimal retraction. On the other hand, the opposite profile features three prongs at each side, which ensure enhanced sightlines.

Moreover, the Stevenson Lacrimal Sac Retractor has an adjustable compound mechanism. It features a bottom screw that surgeons can rotate to open and close the jaws or prongs.
