The Simcoe (Reversed) Irrigation Aspirating Cannula offers various surgical advantages. Its principal use is to irrigate and aspire liquids during ophthalmic surgeries.
For this purpose, the instrument features an aspiration cannula with a metallic extension tube that inserts into a silicon pipe. The irrigation cannula, otherwise, has a single tube that connects to the opposite end of the silicon pipe. Used together, both cannulas are ideal to aspire and suction fluids from the anterior chamber.
Moreover, the Simcoe (Reversed) Irrigation Aspirating Cannula features Luer Hubs that enhance gripping. Also, the hub’s internal passage permits a smooth flow of fluids from the silicon bulb to the ports.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality instruments in your operating rooms.
