The Sauter Hydrodissection Cannula offers a wide array of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to cut fragile tissues, such as the lens capsule, in order to gain access to the lens nucleus and other structures.
For this purpose, the instrument features a 27 gauge tube that is useful to flush shoot fine, pressurized streams of water.
