The Sauerbruch Abdominal Retractor offers a wide range of functional features for retracting intra-abdominal tissues with ease.
Firstly, the retractor has a L-shaped working end. This blade has two slots that not only improve the view of the surgical field, but also grant a slight grade of flexibility.
Secondly, the blade has a wide flat outline and features a curved terminal rim. As a result, surgeons can slip the tool easily into tight cavities.
Lastly, all our Sauerbruch Abdominal Retractors have a long neck and a teardrop handle with a central ring. These features ensure access to deep cavities and avoid slippage.
