El Retractor para Borde Anterior de Hargis ofrece ventajas indispensables en cirugías reconstructivas. Su función principal consiste en exponer el borde anterior de la rama mandibular en osteotomías sagitales.

Para este fin, el instrumento cuenta con una hoja angulada y plana que garantiza el acceso al sitio operatorio. Asimismo, su borde en forma de U es ideal para ajustarse al contorno de la rama ascendente. Sus bordes atraumáticos permiten despegar los tejidos sin lesiones riesgosas.
