The Rampley Sponge Holding Forcep offers a wide array of surgical benefits for general surgeons. These benefits come in handy to keep the surgical field free from blood.

For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of loop-shaped jaws supplied with an oval fenestration. Moreover, the jaws have horizontal serrations on their inner surfaces for avoiding sponge dropping into the operating site. Surgeons can grasp and push sponges and swabs against organs or tissues for clearing blood and other fluids.

In addition, the device features elongated shanks that connect the boxlock with a ratchet mechanism. Also, the boxlock allows a smooth clamping action for preventing inadvertent injury.

All our Rampley Sponge Holding Forcep are available in premium grade stainless steel, ensuring a long-lasting experience for your surgical staff.
