The Rainin Air Injection Cannula offers a reliable way to perform corneal pneumodissection. Its principal use is to atraumatically remove stroma from the cornea during corneal transplantation procedures.
For this purpose, the instrument features a 27/30 gauge tube, which angles at 7mm from the bend to ensure optimal surgical access. In addition, the tube has a flattened tip that is ideal to inject the air before dissection.
Moreover, the Rainin Air Injection Cannula features a bottom hub that enhances gripping. Also, the hub’s hollow design permits a smooth flow of air from the silicone bulb to the tube.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality instruments in your operating rooms.
