SKU:f57309cde6cb

The Purse String Forceps offers a wide range of benefits. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to cut the intestine or major vessels and then perform a purse-string suture.

For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of 55mm toothed jaws that permit to clamp tissues with maximum safety. In addition, the teeth rows have needle canals on each side to insert suture needles while clamping. As a result, surgeons can remove the clamp after placing the suture.

Moreover, the Purse String Forceps features ergonomically designed finger rings that prevent slippage. Also, a ratchet system between the rings permits to statically hold tissues and apply controlled pressure.

Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality and product performance during surgical procedures.
