The Poole Suction Tube offers a wide array of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to suction large collections of fluids from cavities where other tubes would struggle, such as the abdomen.

For this purpose, the instrument features a straight, bullet-like working end with multiple holes. The holes permit to drain a large volume of fluids and the device is available in 8.0 and 10.0mm working end lengths. As a result, surgeons can choose an adequate model to perform deep suction.

Moreover, the Poole Suction Tube features straight or curved shank models to enhance the sightlines. Also, the device has a bottom connecting olive to attach the tube to a suction system.
