The Nightingale Posterior Capsule Polishing Curette has a wide variety of benefits for ophthalmic surgeons. These benefits come in handy for scraping the thickened posterior capsule €™s tissue.

For this purpose, the curette features a small, rounded blade with semi-sharp edges. Moreover, the blade is hollow and grants an atraumatic polishing action.

Besides, the curette comes with a long, solid handle with vertical ridges. Therefore, the ridges prevent instrument slippage, and the handle connects to a shank on its distal end. The shank is short and angles forward for adapting to the eyeball €™s shape.

Lastly, all our Nightingale Posterior Capsule Polishing Curettes are available in premium grade stainless steel with a satin finish.
