The Negus Tonsil Forcep offers a wide range of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to provide adequate haemostasis during procedures that involve the excision of one or both tonsils.
For this purpose, the device features a pair of hook-shaped jaws with transverse serrations that minimize local trauma. In addition, the slightly and strongly curved variants of the jaws permit to engage in different surgical approaches.
Moreover, the Negus Tonsil Forcep features elongated, slim shafts that are ideal to reach deep cavities. Also, the ratchet system between the rings allows for controlling different levels of clamping pressure.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality instruments in your operating rooms.
