The Mikulicz Forcep offers a wide array of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to manipulate the peritoneum during surgeries that require access to the abdominal cavity.

For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of curved jaws with interlocking teeth that enhance gripping. In addition, the transversely-serrated design of the jaws keeps the clamped tissues safe from clamping trauma.

Moreover, the Mikulicz Forcep features elongated, straight shafts, which improve the surgical reach. Also, the device includes a ratchet between the shafts for self-locking the jaws at different levels of pressure.

Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality instruments in your operating rooms.
