Enters into small blood vessels and helps remove build up of plaque, dislodge thrombus and establish continuity of blood flow through the lumen.

Especially includes a fine prong that is able to insert into narrow lumens. Rotating the device allows controlled increase in lumen of vessel. The narrow profile of the tip also adds to the precision of the instrument.
