The McNeill-Goldman Scleral Fixation Ring & Blepharostat offers stability and safety during corneal procedures. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to retract the eyelids and protect the eyeball.

For this purpose, the instrument features two concentric rings that are suitable for different functions. The inferior ring, which is larger, includes upper and lower fenestrated lips that work as eyelid retractors. The superior ring, otherwise, helps surgeons to fixate the sclera with four sutures to avoid eye collapse.

Moreover, the McNeill-Goldman Scleral Fixation Ring & Blepharostat includes two lateral openings. The openings are medial and temporal and help in ensuring an optimal view of the surgical field.

Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
