Our Martin Self Retaining Retractor comes with large and sharp prongs to hook on to tough tissues.

Secures wounds and incision edges and separates them for improved surgical access and view.

Especially includes 6 by 6 outward curving prongs that slip under the tissues to retract incision edges with ease. The prongs also have teeth that add to the security of grip on tissues. The sharp tips of the retracting forceps prevent slippage. The sharp tips dig into tough tissues allowing a secure anchor grip.

The unique curve of the jaws also ensures smooth placement. In addition, the smooth outer built of the retracting forceps prevents inadvertent soft tissue damage. It includes ergonomic finger ring handles which improve control. Also, the hinged shanks of the instrument allow the instrument to adapt to the contour of the wound site for better results.

The instrument has a smooth design and lightweight which allows comfortable handling. Moreover, the ratchet lock and rivet screw joint enables self-retaining property, ideal for long procedures.

The Martin Self Retaining Retractor is available in an overall length of 28.5 cm perfect for medium to large incisions.

Made in premium quality stainless steel with satin finish to reduce glare. The instrument can be sterilized and reused.
