Kilner Alar Hook

Kilner Alar Hook is a surgical instrument that allows surgeons to pull back and hold the nostrils cartilaginous tissue in order to expose the alar cartilage and other structures within the nasal cavity.

The Kilner Alar Hook consists of a central flat handle and a hook-type working end. The handle has coarse horizontal ridges that prevent slippage.

Additionally, the alar hook features a sharp double pronged tip. The tip grants maximum nostril retraction and optimal exposure of the surgical field.

Also, the alar hook provides vision of the alar cartilage during an eversion technique. This feature decreases the need of further incisions.

Our Kilner Alar Hooks are available in a 8.0cm overall lenght. Available in premium grade stainless steel finished in satin.
