El Impulsor de LIO de Aker ofrece un variopinto de beneficios quirúrgicos. Su función principal consiste en manipular y empujar, atraumáticamente, el LIO dentro de la bolsa capsular.

Para lograrlo, el instrumento posee una punta con forma de «boca de pescado» con bordes romos. El diseño deja una abertura en la que calza perfectamente el LIO, y su vástago permite una moción de empuje ideal. Además, su tamaño minúsculo permite atravesar incisiones pequeñas.

Nuestro Impulsor de LIO de Aker ostenta también un mango sólido de diseño ergonómico. A los lados exhibe acanaladuras verticales que potencia el agarre. Asimismo, el instrumento cuenta con una tapa provista de un pisador para proteger la punta.
