The Hartmann-Herzfeld Alligator Forceps is a scissor-like, grasping instrument that offers multiple benefits. Its principal use is to surgically divide the ossicles of the middle ear. For this purpose, the forceps feature scoop-shaped jaws with semi-sharp edges that facilitate the extraction of the ossicles.

Moreover, the lower jaw is available in two profiles, including straight and bent-upwards patterns. The bent-upwards design is useful to perform difficult surgical approaches.

In addition, the Hartmann-Herzfeld Alligator Forceps features finger rings that form a perpendicular angle with the shafts, which enhances the surgical view. Also, the ring handles are useful to obtain a firm grip and reduce the risk of slippage.

Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality instruments at your disposal.
