The Harms-Colibri Corneal Forcep offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to hold the cornea during procedures that require access to the anterior chamber of the eye.

For this purpose, the instrument features very fine jaws with a curved profile to fit a variety of corneal anatomies. In addition, the tips of the jaws have 1 x 2 teeth that provide an exceptional clamping action on fragile tissues.

Moreover, the Harms-Colibri Corneal Forcep features an ergonomically designed spring handle. As a result, surgeons can close the tips against each other with smooth movements. Also, the inner surfaces of the jaws have tying platforms to facilitate stitching.
