SKU:0d8bc4da51aa

The Guyon Urethral Sound offers a broad range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to dilate the urethra during stricture repair procedures.

For this purpose, the instrument features a cylindrical, malleable shaft that easily conforms to the urethral lumen. In addition, the tube has different diameter increments, ranging from 3.3 to 10.0mm. As a result, the operator can gradually broaden the urethra to drain urine from a collapsed urinary bladder.

Moreover, the Guyon Urethral Sound features an ergonomically designed solid handle. The flat outline of the handle enhances manoeuvrability and minimizes the risk of slippage.

Manufactured in premium grade chrome-plated brass to ensure the highest quality instruments in your operating rooms.
