The Gross-Maier Dressing Forcep offers a broad range of surgical benefits. Its main purpose is to help surgeons in cleaning the blood and other obscuring fluids from vital surgical areas.

To this end, the instrument comes with a pair of solid jaws with serrated opposing surfaces. Moreover, the jaws come in straight and curved patterns and have an oval fenestration. As a result, surgeons can apply a saline solution to the swab through the fenestration for cleaning dry fluids.

In addition, the device features elongated, straight shafts attached to the boxlock and to the finger rings. Also, a ratchet mechanism between the shafts ensures a self-locking grasping action.

All our Gross-Maier Dressing Forcep are available in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that minimizes glare.
