The Gregory-Soft Atrauma Bulldog Clamps offer a wide variety of features that come in handy to perform carotid endarterectomy. Many of these features offer important surgical benefits.

For example, the clamps come with atraumatic jaws that have 1 x 2 serration teeth on their inner surfaces. Moreover, the jaws are long and feature a deep angle for adapting to the carotid artery’s anatomical relations. As a result, surgeons can occlude the proximal portion of the artery while avoiding local injury.

Besides, the clamps have a couple of flat handles that cross over to comprise a spring mechanism. Also, the handles have a ridged outer surface for enhanced gripping.

Lastly, all our Gregory-Soft Atrauma Bulldog Clamps are available in two working end sizes: 45 and 58mm. Surgeons can pick the smaller or bigger clamp according to the patient’s age.
