The Gills Aspirating Cannula offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to access the capsule and lens, with the purpose of removing residual material.

To this end, the instrument features a slim tube angled at 5, 7, 8 or 10mm, which helps to perform deep surgical approaches. In addition, the tube has a 25 gauge front port that is ideal to aspire small particles.

Moreover, the Gills Aspirating Cannula features a tube hub that connects the aspiration system and the tube. Also, the hub square-shaped design ensures an enhanced gripping and prevents slippage.
