Flat Nose Pliers assist doctors during bone surgeries. Orthopedic surgeons use them to place wires around bones in order to repair fractures. The device can bend the wires to attach bones and plates together. In addition, the pliers can remove pieces of hardware and insert surgical drains.

Therefore, we designed the grip handles with a long profile to enhance your force and dexterity. Moreover, they have smooth curves to prevent finger slips and hand strain. In addition, the heavy joint allows you to make forcible wire bending action.

We made the jaws with multiple patterns of internal serrations in order to hold wires and pins firmly during twisting movements. Furthermore, their outer surfaces are blunt to prevent injury to surrounding structures.

The Flat Nose Pliers range in size from 13.5 to 19 cm long to suit different patient groups. They have slender necks so you can see the working jaws directly in delicate movements.

We also offer other devices to bend orthopedic hardware in order to perform a wide variety of approaches. You can use this range of tools to suit every patient’s needs.

Instruments manufacture these devices from premium grade stainless steel that you can depend on for years of fine service.
