The Dodick Nucleus Cracker offers a wide array of benefits for the ophthalmic surgeons. These benefits are important to break the lens nucleus during phaco and other procedures.

For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of atraumatic paddle-shaped jaws. Moreover, the paddles have longitudinal outer serrations that help in fitting the 3mm nucleus incision. After that, surgeons press the cross-action handle and the jaws open, thereby dividing the nucleus.

In addition, the device features flat handles supplied with circular fenestrations. This particular feature enhances gripping and minimizes finger strain.

All our Dodick Nucleus Crackers are available in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish.
