The Dockhorn Retractor is a surgical instrument that opens a wide range of possibilities during general surgery and other procedures.
Firstly, the retractor blade has an L-shape and features a concave upper surface. Surgeons insert the blade underneath slices of skins, retracting the tissue and exposing hidden spaces.
Also, the blunt blade design is ideal for separating apart wound edges or incision borders. To this end, the retractor features a long slender neck for reaching deep cavities.
