The Dingman Zygoma Elevator offers a wide array of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to help surgeons in performing the Gillies approach to reduce zygomatic fractures.

For this purpose, this instrument features a slightly curved blade that follows the contour of the temporal skull. In addition, its 5.0mm size is ideal to insert the instrument into the temporalis fascia incision with ease.

Moreover, the Dingman Zygoma Elevator features a smooth-surfaced design that protects the temporalis muscle. Also, the device’s handle has two vertical grooves for resting the fingers and prevent fatigue or slippage.
