The DeBakey-Hess Atrauma Bulldog Clamps are small, thumb devices that offer a wide variety of benefits during vascular surgery. These benefits play an important role in reaching an adequate hemostasis state.

For this purpose, the clamps come with angled jaws that feature horizontal serrations on their inner surfaces. Moreover, the jaws are long enough to occlude blood vessels partially or completely. Also, the serrations help surgeons to treat the delicate vessels’ endothelium without the risk of hemorrhage.

Besides, the clamps come with flat handles that have a square ridged pattern over their outer surfaces. This feature enhances gripping and prevents surgeons from slipping the clamps into the operating site.

Lastly, all our DeBakey-Hess Atrauma Bulldog Clamps are available in 35 and 40mm overall lengths. The small size is convenient to clamp peripheral arteries and veins.
